Leah Kareti

Principal

Leah Kareti had a ten-year career at the NCAA national office focused on Division III governance, legislation and interpretations. She guided national councils and committees to make annual updates to the Division III strategic plan and the division’s portfolio of championships, programs and initiatives. After transitioning into a consulting role, Kareti led the process to form a joint venture between the NCAA and NASPA, and developed its high-risk alcohol prevention program, 360 Proof.  She runs two national professional development institutes for the NCAA and does other special projects for the national office.

Nnenna Akotaobi

Associate

Nnenna Akotaobi is the principal and founder of 122 Consulting Group LLC, and also works as a freelance diversity and leadership consultant, speaker, and facilitator. Prior to transitioning to consulting full time in 2020, Nnenna served as the Senior Associate Director of Athletics/Senior Woman Administrator (SWA)/Title IX Deputy Coordinator at Swarthmore College for eight years. At Swarthmore, Nnenna supervised critical infrastructure related to internal operations, student-athlete well-being, diversity/equity/inclusion, and professional development of staff and coaches.

Stevie Baker-Watson

Associate

Stefanie 'Stevie' Baker-Watson is the Associate Vice President for Campus Wellness and Theodore Katula Director of Athletics and Recreational Sports at DePauw University where she oversees the varsity, intramural and club sports programs and facilities and university health operations for students.

Brad Bankston

Associate

Brad Bankston is in his 26th year of service to the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) and his 21st as the commissioner of the league. During his tenure, conference membership has grown to 15 full-time members and 24 sports. Bankston reports directly to the Presidents Council and serves as the league’s chief administrator and oversees all matters involving championships, compliance, eligibility, finances, legislation, marketing, officiating, sportsmanship, and office management.

Bridget Belgiovine

Associate

Bridget Belgiovine retired from a successful and transformative 13-year tenure as Director of Athletics & Department Chair of Physical Education & Recreation at Wellesley College. During Belgiovine’s tenure at Wellesley, Blue athletes won four NCAA Individual National Championships, and its crew team claimed the institution’s first team NCAA National Championship. In addition, Wellesley teams earned 17 New England women’s and men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) championships and made a combined 25 team appearances in the NCAA Tournament. 

Jason Fein

Associate

Jason Fein serves as the Director of Athletics at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. Fein came to this role in the New England Small College Athletic Conference following consecutive nine-year stints as the Director of Athletics at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, as well as the College of Staten Island of the City University of New York. While at Drew, he brought a renewed energy and vision to the Ranger program, overseeing several new initiatives including the drafting of an athletic facilities master plan.

Julie Muller

Associate

Julie Muller has an extensive background in intercollegiate athletics having served as a coach in Division III, and in multiple administrative positions in Divisions I and III. She was the first full-time Commissioner for the North Atlantic Conference and led the conference through strategic planning processes and several membership transitions. She served on numerous national committees with the NCAA and NACWAA, and has received multiple awards for distinguished service in her field. Julie serves as adjunct faculty for two universities, teaching courses on both coaching and administration.

Senior Associates

Azure Davey

Azure Davey spent ten years at the NCAA national office serving in several different capacities. She most recently served as director of academic and membership affairs, where she was the primary liaison to the NCAA Division I Committee on Academics. This followed six years of service on Division III governance and membership issues. Azure has additional experience as the commissioner of the Division III State University of New York Athletic Conference, and as an assistant athletics director in that conference at the start of her career.

Shana Levine

Shana Levine joined 3 Fold Group as a Senior Associate in Spring 2019.  Levine heads up 3 Fold’s executive coaching/AD transition support group, where her membership and enrollment management knowledge will contribute to the group’s existing program review and strategic planning practice. She brings extensive Division III knowledge to the team from her more than 15 years of campus and NCAA National Office experience.
