The mission of the 3 Fold Group is to enable people and programs to achieve optimal effectiveness in the unique, small college environment. Our group has direct experience with campus, conference, and national programs, and we are structured to bring those multiple perspectives to all of our work.
Strategic Plans or Business Plans
Our team will lead a process to analyze your program’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and facilitate meetings to articulate vision and related goals. We will produce a resulting strategic plan or business plan based on your specific needs.
Mission, Vision, and Values Clarification
Our team will lead a process to collaboratively consider your desired future position, and then articulate your mission, vision, and/or values statement.
Our team will create your institutional or conference profile that illustrates similarities and differences (e.g., institutional classifications, scope of athletics department, institutional commitments to athletics, etc.) with a select set of other NCAA Division III institutions.
Division III Conference Grant Planning and Analysis
Our team will help your conference office analyze effectiveness of existing grant processes, and develop collaborative and objective models for fund allocation and reporting. Our model encourages involvement and accountability across conference constituent groups and defines local needs that can be effectively addressed with conference grant funding. Our team is qualified to conduct the annual third party review process.
Our team will help you develop a new program or update an existing program with a focus on outcomes and program improvement. Our process includes the development of logic models, vision statements, goals, and objectives tailored to the small college environment.
External Program Reviews
Our team will conduct an audit of your general or specific athletics operations, examining existing policies and stakeholder feedback about adherence to and communication of those policies.
Our team will draft and administer a needs assessment. The institutional assessment will focus on student-athlete experience, and the conference assessment will focus on services provided to members.
Business and Project Meetings
Our team will help you develop meeting agendas and materials, prepare presenters, and design activities to help your group collaborate and accomplish specific objectives. Special attention is given to ensure that meeting participants effectively prepare for the group discussion and follow up on relevant action items after the meeting. We are available to facilitate your meeting upon request.
Constituent-Specific Professional Development (e.g., FARs, ADRs, SWAs, ADs, SAAC, Presidents)
Our team will help you define your event objectives and strategically plan content. Special attention is given to event follow up and program evaluation. We are available to moderate or facilitate your event upon request.
Institutional or Conference Self Studies
Our team will facilitate the process to gather campus and conference data. We engage key stakeholders to analyze the study and make findings. Our process is designed to prepare your campus or conference to integrate the self-study findings into existing or new strategic plans.
