Northwest Conference, Commissioner. Provides strategic leadership for nine NCAA Division III institutions, overseeing conference governance, finances, operations, membership, championships, and external partnerships. Developed the five-year operational plan, including adopting a membership and finance strategy and a championships philosophy. Strengthened conference governance and financial independence, negotiated cost-saving partnerships and media rights. (Current)

Lewis & Clark College, Director of Athletics and Physical Education. Created department value statement, led departmental culture change, diversified coaching staff, revived football program, and integrated athletics recruiting into Slate, benefiting the institution and athletics.
